We are looking for a self-starter to join the TRMC Long Term team.

• MUST have a current TX Real Estate license
• Generate New Listings (for lease by owner)
• Assist Prospects (Callers/Walk-Ins) in Obtaining General Prop. Info
• Fax Machine/ Copier / Scanner Usage
• Pre-qualify prospective tenants
• Show Property to Prospective Tenants
• Prepare and Provide Detailed Explanation of Lease and Management Agreements
• Meet with Prospective Owners to Evaluate Property
• Evaluate Market Conditions via Drive-bys and Call-ins on Competitive Properties
• Assist Potential and/or Current Clients in Obtaining Management Information 
• Analyze Current Market Condition and Set Competitive Rental Rates Accordingly

Position: Assistant to Long Term Property Manager

Job Description:

Full-time / hourly

We are looking for someone who works well with the public and can handle all situations diplomatically.

• Answer and Screen Telephone Calls
• Assist Prospects (Callers/Walk-Ins) in Obtaining General Prop. Info
• Fax Machine/ Copier / Scanner Usage
• Process rental applications - Obtain and Analyze Credit Report, Criminal Background
• Checks, Employment Verification and Rental History.
• Mail-outs to Owners/ Tenants
• Assist with Move In/Out and Misc Departmental Operating Checklists
• Create/ Maintain Long Term Permanent/Financial/Dead Files 
• Collect Rents, Update Rent Roll, Call Late Residents
• Update Available Property Sheet As Necessary
• Updates to Marketing Department for Online Ads
• Inner-Office Paperwork Distribution
• General Filing Duties

Position: Landscaper

Job Description: All positions are permanent positions

Full-time / hourly plus gas allowance

Job responsibilities include:

• Mowing, edging, weed eating
• Grooming plants and trees
• Dressing up landscaping
• Additional duties: cleaning pool areas, bathrooms, picking up litter, emptying trash & changing light bulbs

For single family homes and condominiums

Must have:

• Dependable transportation
• A keen eye for detail

Position: Maintenance

Job Description:

Full-time / hourly

Requirements:

• Must know basic condominium maintenance

• Must be competent with basic plumbing

• A/C certified is a plus

• Must be able to maintain pool / hot tub as well as take chemical readings

• Carpentry is a plus

• Must be able to pass credit / criminal check and drug screening
