Our Service
The Rental Management Company is a full-service North Padre Island, Corpus Christi Bay Area, and Port Aransas Property Management Company dedicated to offering hands on supervision of all of your properties.  Whether you are looking to rent your property short term as a vacation rental, find a long term tenant, or need someone to manage your Homeowners Association, we guarantee we can meet all of your needs and exceed all of your expectations.

Long Term Rentals
The Rental Management Company (TRMC) started out as a business with Long Term Rentals as its only business. For over 20 years, TRMC has taken care of Long Term properties on North Padre Island, Flour Bluff and Corpus Christi. In fact, TRMC still manages over a dozen of its original properties for the same owners dating back to TRMC's first year of business in 1988.

Vacation Rentals & Corporate Accomodations
TRMC started its Vacation Rentals and Vacation Homes program in 1993 with three properties. Today, we successfully service over a hundred properties for Vacation Rentals and Corporate Housing throughout the Corpus Christi Bay Area, North Padre Island, Mustang Island and Port Aransas.

Resorts
The Rental Management Company manages many properties and four of the properties are Beach Resorts on Mustang Island and in Port Aransas. These premier facilities offer a wide range of amenities to Winter Texans and Summer Guests alike.

Homeowners Associations
We currently manage 26 Homeowners Associations on North Padre Island, Mustang Island, in Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. TRMC is also a licensed Contractor in the State of Texas and a Nationally Certified Swimming Pool Operator.
