Q: Do you need originals or will a fax or copy suffice?
A: Copies or faxes are fine since that is what we actually present.
Q: Will you also protest taxes on vacant lots?
A: YES
Q: Is there a fee if you protest my property but are unable to reduce the value?
A: Yes. We charge $50 to research and analyze comparable properties and to negotiate the value with an appraiser from the Nueces County Appraisal District.

A: We are protesting your property taxes on these grounds: "Value is over market value."

A: Please only state "Will present at hearing". As soon as you express an interest in the service we begin building your case. You may leave the value blank.
