• All cancellations have a $50.00 non-refundable fee. Deposits are refundable if the proper cancellation notice is given: 72 hours prior to arrival date for daily and weekly stays; 30 days prior to arrival for monthly stays. Booking fees are non-refundable.
  
  
  
• Boats and Trailers - If you own a boat or trailer you may rent a pass from us for $5.00. If you attempt to park at the boat ramps on Padre Island without a pass you could be fined several hundred dollars or towed.
  
  
  
• Although you may select a specific room when you book a reservation, there may be circumstances beyond our control that will require us to move you to a different unit and we apologize for the inconvenience.

• We do our best to accomodate everyone, but please be aware that some complexes have strict limits of people allowed per unit including children.

• You will be asked to fill out a form stating your total number of guests including their names. Please do not exceed our limit. We would love for you to stay and enjoy your vacation but if you exceed it you may be fined and asked to leave. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if you knowingly exceed this limit.

• We are not able to accept cash for vacation rentals.
