This form is an Agency Disclosure that Texas law requires licensees furnish to parties in real estate transactions.

Direct Deposit Request Form

For secure, convenient and faster distribution of proceeds, TRMC, Inc. offers Direct Deposit (ACH) to Checking/Saving Accounts. There is no monthly cost to enroll in this service; however, this is a one-time $25.00 set-up fee.

W-9

All property Owners must have a completed W-9 on file before we are able to disburse rental proceeds.

Residential Leasing & Property Management

The Residential Leasing and Property Management Agreement is promulgated by the Texas Association of Realtors. This contract outlines Owner and Broker responsibilities and gives provides the Broker the necessary authority to advertise, lease and manage your rental property.

Required Security Devices

Texas law requires certain Security Devices be installed and properly maintained on all rental property at the Owner's expense. Compliance with the Texas Security Devices Stature is mandatory for all properties managed and/or leased by TRMC, Inc..
