Service Providers

Please be sure to contact applicable service providers to schedule necessary utilities and services such as electricity, water, wastewater, gas, trash/recycling, cable, etc prior to your Lease Start Date. Failure to connect electrical or utility services prior to this date may result in a fine and charge for usage. Please contact our office for assistance with connecting your electric service.

Sample TAA Lease

We use the TAA Lease Contract and Forms, which are promulgated by the Texas Apartment Association. The TAA Lease is the most comprehensive lease available in the state of Texas. It protects both Resident and Owner. The lease also includes a Military Clause as a benefit to our Military Service Members.

Inventory & Condition Form

To ensure you are not charged for wear and tear that exists at the property when you move-in, it is very important that you provide our office with a detailed list of any discrepancies, defects, damages or safety or pest-related concerns you find. This list must be returned to our office within 48 hours of your move-in. Otherwise, everything will be considered to be be in clean, safe and good working condition.

Notice To Vacate Form

Planning on moving at the end of your lease? Your lease agreement requires that you submit a 30 day written notice that you are going to move. Before moving out, you MUST give our representative advance written notice of your intent to vacate and surrender possession of the property.
